Memory channel tip

After experiencing a couple of Memory Channel related crashes recently, OpenVMS Engineering advised us to set the SYSGEN parameter MC_SERVICES_P7 to 1 to produce verbose error log entries from SYS$MCDRIVER.

This sounds like a good idea in general.
